Kimchi-flavoured sesame seeds

I’m having to multi-buy these sesame seeds such is their moreishness. They are quite hot so if you don’t like heat maybe swerve this feature. Having said that, once they are sprinkled over food their intensity is dissipated. These tasty little seeds are so versatile I’ve found myself adding them to all manner of food. Sprinkle them over a stir-fry, add to steamed cabbage (savoy or pointed) to pep it up, roll a salmon fillet in the seeds and roast in the oven.
