This is a fantastic natural product that should be in every kitchen drawer. Organic cotton muslin is infused with beeswax and can be used to wrap and cover almost anything. It seems to keep bread fresher for longer and stops cheese sweating. Once used you can wash it, let it dry and then re-use time and time again. The makers claim it will last about 12 months. Much better than cling film and obviously better for the environment.
