Serves: Makes about 225ml
A prawn cocktail may be a bit naff but done properly is a very delicious thing. There is no excuse not to make your own dressing. I sometimes stir in a teaspoon of chipotle sauce which adds a deep, smoky flavour to the sauce but some varieties can be quite fiery so stir in a drop at a time.
- 200ml homemade mayonnaise
- 50ml tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- ½-1 teaspoon chipotle sauce (optional)
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together.
